ufc 111 post fight press conference

Is the FTC saying that along with testimonials, we now have to say what results the "average person" gets from
what we sell?  And if we don't have any data on the results of the "average person" from our products/services, is a disclaimer enough?
Is the FTC saying we are responsible for everything our affiliates say about our products/services, even if we can't realistically monitor them? What do the new rules mean for getting and using celebrity endorsements? Can we still safely use certain types of testimonials while others are now better off avoided?
